In Deathly Hallows Part 2, why does Ron’s eyes look weird

This has always bothered me when watching, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, when Neville is saying his speech, the camera shows Ron and his eyes look really weird. I’ve been wondering, why do they look like that?

Uh... first of all, I never implied that it was his appearance that made it look like that, I was wondering if it was the effects of the movie that made his eyes look like that, or something else that did that... don’t assume next time please, thank you.

I meant that the actor may not be perfect at keeping his form... not that it was his appearance that caused any disturbances.
