Book about teleportation, female main character, can't teleport off Earth

It is a series about a group of kids who cannot be off-world due to health issues, but they discover that the types of planets that are being searched for are wrong. If they try to teleport to another planet they will die, but they can teleport anywhere on Earth with no issues.
