where to find data about grocery sales by hour [on hold]
$begingroup$
I would like to have a sense of when, on average, people do their grocery in large supermarket brands. Where can I find reliable data that show something like
- time trend of sales in bins of one hour for supermarkets
- number of clients in supermarkets over the course of the day
time-series dataset

- You can find a dataset from UCI Machine Learning Repository
(here). This is Online Retail Data Set which ontains all the
transactions occurring between 01/12/2010 and 09/12/2011 for a
UK-based and registered non-store online retail. - Furthermore, there is Online Grocery Sales report (here) in Australia published in October 2018. check if this is helpful for you.

The first link to dataset looks interesting but it is about online retailers I was more interested into grocery supermarkets. The second link (after I found the report mentioned) was not very useful regarding my question.
