Lua torch and opencl working but not with external gpu

I am using Andrej Karpathy's code to train on some data. When I choose to use Opencl instead of a cpu, integrated graphics is used instead of my amd radeon pro 560x. Does anyone know a solution to this or has experienced a similar problem?
