Eragon's series, great story, but weak ending [on hold]

I loved this whole series, that is until it reaches to point after killing The king Galbatorix. The story goes from great detail to being very obvious to be done so many times when Eragon is given a chance to continue the story the at this point is weak and seems like the story teller just wants to end the book. Did anyone else get this impression?

This is a question and answer site. Your post seems to be more of a discussion. If you edit it to ask a concrete question with a factual, non-opinion-based answer (assuming it's not a duplicate), it will likely survive. As it is, it will probably be closed. Try taking the tour.
