Alternative source/way to download MIMIC-III

Is there an alternative source/way to download MIMIC-III (Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care) database (complete or partial) besides Physio Net ?

For example, PhysioNet Challenge program gives some data, but I need-

  1. laboratory test results (for example, hematology, chemistry, and microbiology results).

2.discharge summaries

which are missing in PhysioNet Challenge data.

Is there any other source besides Physio Net including above stated parameters?
