What’s up with Professor Sprout’s appearance in Chamber of Secrets PS1?
In Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets for PlayStation 1, her appearance was that of Miriam Margoyles’s like in the film.
However, when you get to the tower after defeating the Duelling Champions and look at the picture book, she looks how she did in Philosopher’s Stone PS2.
Are the game makers trying 2 imply that was how she looked when she was younger or what?

If there's a difference here - beyond hair color - that can't be explained by low-resolution 3D graphics, I don't see it.

I agree with Radhil, the answer here is literally just "they didn't have the processing power to make her look like the second image, so they did their best".

Do you have a screenshot from Philosopher's Stone to compare it to?
