I can not compute why classification doesn't disturb for first training examples by perceptron algorithm? [on...

In perceptron algorithm we adopt weights by training data. This process continues till we don't have any data. My question is that why the adopted weights work without wrong for first training data? I mean I can not compute the validation.

It's not clear what you are asking. Do you mean 'adapt'? Are you asking why the model isn't good after the first data point? why can't you compute training error?
