For those who use Dask in a single machine, what is your hardware specifications?
$begingroup$
I want to use dask for a big dataset, if considering 2 000 000 lines is big. I did try and that is kinda slow for me. What is sure is I do not master the library so it is possible to miss something in settings, but my computer is not young and not a beast. I mean I wonder if my hardware is okay for this.
So for those who use dask and it works well on a single machine, what are your hardaware specifications? Amount of RAM, SSD or HDD storage, CPU, or any meaningfull informations about it.
Note: if you think this is not the right place to ask it, tell me which site of stack I would use to post it, I gonna delete it and ask there then.
