Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, usitate dictus Nelson Mandela (natus Rolihlahla Mandela die 18 Iulii 1918 Mvezo; mortuus die 5 Decembris 2013), fuit primus Africae Australis praeses qui suffragio omnium electus est; quod munus ab anno 1994 ad annum 1999 sustinuit.
