Find Those Chess Notations! #1 (Probably)

I’m hoping to begin a mini-series where you will have to figure it’s the entire notation list of a game being given a few moves, a few cryptic hints, and the number if if moves, and which side gets checkmated or stalemated. Sometimes the riddle will start from the starting position, and sometimes not. I will try to make weird and wacky.

Here’s my first riddle for this potential series then!

Number Of Moves: 11

Checkmater: White

Given Game (Regular Chess Notation):

  1. ? ?

  2. f4 ?

  3. ? fxe3

  4. Rg1 ?

  5. ? ?

  6. Qxf5+ ?

  7. ? ?+

  8. Bxd2 ?

  9. Nc3 Qf7

  10. g5 ?

  11. ?#

Cryptic Clue #1: White doubles his pawns whilst checkmating with a rook.

Cryptic Clue #2: Assume all moves are pawn moves unless is can be proven otherwise or it is stated in the notations.

Task: Logically reconstructed the game. Give as many reasons as you can. You must solve for all of the moves which are in question marks, and post a link somewhere to the completed game.

Cryptic Clue #2: Assume all moves are pawn moves unless is can be proven otherwise or it is stated in the notations.

Note: If this proves to be impossible for anyone to figure out based on what is given, I will consider updating the moves list to be make it possible.

Regarding your last note, have you confirmed the answer can be logically deduced?
