Anime where noy power is measured with crystals

I faintly remember and anime i loved but didn't finish where there is a boy with 2 girls i think and their in like a cafe in one episode and they see what magical powers the boy has by using crystals and it was like elemental crystals and one crystal that showed if you had a unique power and the boy has a few elemental powers which was rare and he had an original one to and I've been trying to think of the name or more details for 15 minutes now but cant remember
