how do i separate individual data from a single string

this is the data format of the given dataset



this is an example of the data set, I've to search the whole string and categorize the  data according to the format given image 1



A lot of data like **current address, current city ...**etc are missing in the majority of strings. I know how to preprocess data but the noob in me is unable to categorize the data from a single string.

          That looks like a properly formatted pipe-separated file. You should be able to import it easily to e.g. pandas (or Excel...). In pandas, use read_csv with sep = '|'. See https://pandas.pydata.org/pandas-docs/stable/generated/pandas.read_csv.html
